Life, Running, and Other Things
Nice work! I got to the pool this morning, will get my leg exercises in tonight and might also hit a spin class.
Good job! I slept in this am, but will probably hit the gym for some weights with DS#1 this evening.
I drove through the snow last night when leaving Detroit, but it wasn't too slippery except one spot near the airport. I heard this a.m. things were lots worse. I hate snow, but I hate freezing rain more. That's what we often get down here.
