Long day yesterday prevented me from posting this like normal on Sunday night, but hey, we have lots to do in order to be ready to make some changes on this house we're buying and we spent Sunday out shopping/pricing!
Last week was a pretty good week of running, and most of that I owe to having the treadmill. It hasn't been safe to run outside for about four days, and this week doesn't look promising either.
Plan for this week (week #3):
Monday - 5 miles
Tuesday - 6 miles
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - 5 miles
Friday - 5 miles
Saturday - 10 miles
Sunday - 6 miles
Total planned: 37 miles
Now the only thing I need to do? Find DVDs to watch while running on the treadmill.
