Now The Hard Stuff Starts

Made it through the week. I had six runs scheduled, and I completed the plan for the week. 28.3 miles for a total. I even managed to make it outside to run twice.

However, this past week really wasn't directed at anything more than getting me ready for the upcoming week...Week 1 of marathon training!

Schedule for the week of Jan 7, 2007:
Monday - 5 miles
Tuesday - 6 miles
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - 5 miles
Friday - 5 miles
Saturday - 8 miles
Sunday - 4 miles
