I know the moment has evidently passed, and you did some thing. Just go with what you think is right, watch it play out, and remember that sometimes the right thing evolves over time and you may have to switch course. Switching later on (if apparently necessary) is not a sign of ignorance or of weakness. It is a sign of intelligence and reason. You have both.
