No matter what your political affiliation and you stance on the health care debate the opinion in the link really ties together two of the major issues facing our country.
Yep. It boggles my mind to think of what it would be like if subsidies were limited to helping the have-nots of the world. How much would my Big Mac cost? Would it be a deterrent? Would the costs of production, passed on to the consumer, yield healthier choices? And what percentage of the population, like tobacco addicts, would continue to partake? I myself mindlessly eat fires whan at a fast food restaurant. Even the ones that taste like crap. Why? I don't know.
