now the forecast is calling for a low of 60F overnight and a high of 77F on race day. Uh, forecast people? I liked yesterday's better.

The weather people don't have a clue yet. Don't worry about the weather til Friday (and even then, they will probably be wrong!)
The forecast for my race has changed several times since I started checking 2 days ago. Focus on what you can control; don't waste energy stressing about the weather until you are getting dressed Sunday morning. Then, take it for what it is and run your best race in those conditions.... all you can do. :D
